What does the Blue mean to you – Mural Project
Blue Bermondsey BID is dedicated to brightening up local grot spots, to make the area a livelier and more vibrant place. With match funding from Southwark Council, we partnered with leading graffiti artist Aero to work with local schools to transform a previously drab and uninspiring wall into an interesting and engaging space, with three murals created by the children.
The Blue has changed immensely over the last decade with new residents from all over the world and so the theme of the project was: “what does the Blue means to you?”
You can pop along and see the murals on the wall of the St James Supermarket in the Blue.
