Grosvenor Final Proposals Unveiled

Grosvenor are unveiling their final proposals for the former Biscuit Factory and Campus sites in Drummond Road. Consultations have been going on since 2015, and now is the final opportunity for local people to have their say. The new housing development will transform the area as we know it with 1500 new homes created on the site, which will bring many new jobs and positive benefits to all who live, work and do business in the area. So if you are a local resident, business owner or work in the area, go along to one of the consultations and let Grosvenor know your valued comments and input.
